Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy


Refunds and cancellations are one of the major customer pain-points in any online shopping transaction. We aim to make the process as transparent and easy as possible. The following are the major features of our return policy:


● All items, once dispatched, are considered final sales.
● All items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.
● Please write to us at info@thepalmcarecompany.com within 24 hours of receiving a damaged product.
After this time period, the product cannot be exchanged.
● Please attach a copy of the order invoice, along with a picture of the damaged product.
● Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged while in transit, have manufacturing defects, or in case the wrong product has been shipped.
● Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with.
● On receipt of the damaged product, we shall investigate the same to validate your claim.
● Product inspection usually takes up to 48 hours after receipt of the same.
● If your request is approved as eligible for a return, we'll issue either a refund or a replacement. In the case of ineligibility, the product will be sent back to you.
● For online payments, the original amount will be refunded to the source.
● The time required for refunds is dependent on the functioning of external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
● For COD orders, we'll send you a coupon worth the order value via email, which you can
use on our website to purchase other products.
● Products damaged due to user neglect, improper use, or wrong application will not be considered for a return.
● For canceling an order before it has been dispatched, please email us at
info@thepalmcarecompany.com.
● For prepaid orders, your refund shall be issued within five business days of our receiving your cancellation request.
● There shall be a cancellation charge for canceling orders which have not yet been dispatched.
